SHIPPING

PLEASE ALLOW 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS ORDERS BEFORE SHIPPING.

*Processing can take up to 7-10 days during peak shipping periods or promotional/sale events.*

Power US Shipping options take 2-5 business days after order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times start from the first full business day after the order has been processed and leaves our facility. 

International shipping is available. Shipping times and rates are based on your chosen method of shipment. International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes for your shipping destination.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
 

Please be advised that holidays and weekends do not count as a business days when calculating shipping times.

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information once your items have shipped.

 

RETURNS

Power Hair Collection upholds the highest standards of customer service.

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your Power Hair, but in the case that you would like to exchange your new and unused hair we offer a 7 Day Return Policy. 

You have 7 days from the date you receive your hair to contact us via email info@powerhaircollection.com for EXCHANGE ONLY.

*ALL RETURNED HAIR MUST BE UNUSED, NOT MANIPULATED OR BRUSHED OUT AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED.

Once your claim has been processed by customer service you will receive instructions via email on how to return your hair. You are responsible for return shipping carrier costs.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we exchange hair that has been used, processed or returned without tags and original packaging. 

We will accept exchanges at our own discretion.  Hair that does not meet our return requirements will be returned to the sender. 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ON SALE HAIR. ALL SALE HAIR IS FINAL SALE.

If you receive defective hair or an incorrect order please contact info@powerhaircollection within 48 hours of receiving your hair.
