You have 10 days from the date you receive your hair to contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org for EXCHANGE ONLY.
*ALL RETURNED HAIR MUST BE UNUSED, NOT MANIPULATED OR BRUSHED OUT AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED.
Once your claim has been processed by customer service you will receive instructions via email on how to return your hair. You are responsible for return shipping carrier costs.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we exchange hair that has been used, processed or returned without tags and original packaging.
We will accept exchanges at our own discretion. Hair that does not meet our return requirements will be returned to the sender.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ON SALE HAIR. ALL SALE HAIR IS FINAL SALE.
