IS POWER HAIR COLLECTION 100% VIRGIN HAIR?

Yes. Our hair is 100% virgin hair with all cuticle layers facing the same direction from root to end. Our hair can be colored, curled, flat ironed and styled to your preference just like your natural hair.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

No we do not offer refunds but we do accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving hair if there has been a shipping error on our part so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER AND RECEIVE MY HAIR?

Please allow up 3-7 business days to process hair orders after payment is received. Depending on your shipment location and method of shipping it can take 2-7 business days to receive hair after processing is completed.  You will receive an email with your tracking information when your hair has been shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have 24 hours from the time your order has been placed to cancel if your ordered has not been processed and shipped already.  After 24 hours your order cannot be canceled.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR HAIR LAST?

With proper care and maintenance your hair can last up to 12 months or longer and still maintain the same luster and beauty. We recommend SEALING WEFTS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION to prevent natural shedding that occurs on all machine wefted hair.

HOW MANY BUNDLES OF HAIR DO I NEED FOR A FULL SEW-IN?

For a full sew-in we recommend at least 2 bundles for hair lengths 12"-16". The longer the length of hair the shorter the weft so for 18"-30" hair we recommend at least 3 bundles depending on your desired fullness. For a fuller look we recommend at least 4 bundles for 18"-34" hair. For sew-ins with a closure we recommend the same amounts of hair plus the closure. It is always better to have hair left over than not enough hair.

WHY DOES MY HAIR LOOK DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURE ON YOUR SITE?

The true curl and wave patterns become more defined after the initial co-wash upon receipt. Each bundle of hair comes from a different donor and NO BUNDLE OR CLOSURE WILL LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME. 

CAN I COLOR MY EXTENSIONS?

Yes you can color our hair. 100% Virgin hair is just like your natural hair and it can be over procesed just like your natural hair. Bleaching and coloring can change the texture of the hair and can damage the hair if it is not done properly. 

You can color our POWER NATURALS textures but please be mindful that each bundle may color differently due to the nature of the process to create each unique texture. Chemically processing the hair can not only damage and permanently change the curl pattern but also shorten the longevity of the hair.

CAN I STRAIGHTEN AND CURL MY EXTENSIONS?

Yes. Excessive heat to any curl or wave pattern is not recommend because it can loosen the curl or wave pattern. 

*We do not recommend using excessive heat or straightening any of our POWER CURLY or POWER NATURALS curl textures because these textures are steam processed to mimic your unique curls and it is susceptible to heat damage and loss of curl pattern. 

CAN I GO SWIMMING IN MY HAIR? 

Yes. We recommend putting hair in a ponytail or braiding to prevent tangling during swimming. Always wash immediately with a clarifying shampoo after swimming and use a deep conditioner.
